We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for the exchange of chairs or sizes. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different size or model. Please note that we don't offer refunds, and the chair must be returned in its original condition with all packaging materials included. Once the chair is received and inspected, we'll process the exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that you'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

In addition to our return policy, we offer a lifetime* limited warranty that covers the replacement of parts as needed. This warranty provides you with peace of mind knowing that your chair is protected from defects in materials and workmanship. To take advantage of this warranty, please contact our customer service team if you need any parts replaced.

However, please note that there are certain limitations to this warranty. Firstly, it is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Secondly, the requester must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid order number, in order to claim the warranty. Lastly, the warranty will cover up to $250 worth of parts per order.
